FORVIA and ANAND Group have solidified their longstanding partnership—dating back to 1991—by establishing a joint venture named Faurecia Anand Seating India. Specializing in complete seats and seat frames, the JV is majority-owned by FORVIA with a 51% stake, while ANAND Group’s flagship company, Gabriel India, holds the remaining 49%. This strategic alliance combines FORVIA's cutting-edge seating technology and global engineering prowess with ANAND Group’s robust local network, deep-rooted customer relationships, and extensive knowledge of the Indian automotive landscape.
