EIL Invites Bids for Rajasthan Refinery's Emergency Diesel Generator

Engineers India Ltd. (EIL) has invited bids for the supply and commissioning of an Emergency Diesel Generator (DG) Package for the Rajasthan Refinery Project (RRP), being developed by HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd. (HRRL) in Barmer, Rajasthan.

The scope of work includes the complete design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, packaging, and supply of the Emergency DG Package. In addition, the selected vendor will be responsible for supervising erection and commissioning, and supplying all necessary accessories, auxiliaries, instrumentation, mandatory and commissioning spares, as well as special tools as specified in the tender.

The Rajasthan Refinery cum Petrochemical Complex (RRP) is designed to process 9 million metric tonnes per annum (MMTPA) of crude oil. EIL is serving as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the project.

The deadline for bid submission is 15 September 2025.
