Embassy's Big Bengaluru Push: ₹10,300 Cr. Launches Ahead

Embassy Developments is preparing to launch six new residential projects in North Bengaluru in FY26, with a combined value of approximately Rs 10,300 crore.

Key upcoming launches include Embassy Greenshore and the second phase of Embassy Verde within the integrated Embassy Springs township. Embassy Greenshore will feature more than 800 premium two-, three-, and four-BHK apartments, while Embassy Verde Phase II will build on the success of its fully sold-out first phase.

The company also plans a major 10-acre residential development in Hebbal, adjacent to Embassy Lake Terraces, offering over 600 units. Additionally, two villa projects are in the pipeline—an exclusive invite-only community and a premium 116-acre villa development. Together, the launches span 5.6 million sq. ft., reinforcing Embassy’s strong presence in North Bengaluru’s rapidly growing residential market.

“These projects are part of our strategy to provide premium living spaces in one of Bengaluru’s most vibrant growth corridors,” an Embassy spokesperson said.
