Encore-Alcom Gears Up for Growth with Rs 60 Crore Transformation in Surat

Encore-Alcom is embarking on a transformative journey by investing Rs 60 crore in the establishment of a cutting-edge manufacturing unit in Surat, Gujarat. The construction of this avant-garde facility is slated for completion in March of this year. Distinguished as the nation's inaugural manufacturing unit featuring an auto robotic facility for aluminum doors and windows, it represents a pioneering stride in technological advancement.

Spanning an impressive 1.8 lakh sq. ft., the new plant will harness the power of German technology to achieve a remarkable manufacturing capacity of 30,000 sq. ft. per day. This initiative is poised to generate employment for approximately 180 individuals, contributing to economic growth and skill development in the region.

Upon commencement of operations in Surat, Encore-Alcom envisions the introduction of its signature brand, featuring aluminum doors and windows, into the dynamic market of South India. Furthermore, the company is reinforcing its presence by establishing a state-of-the-art 27,000 sq. ft. fabrication unit at Mokila near Hyderabad, set to be operational by March. Complementing this effort is the creation of a 10,000 sq. ft. experience center at the Mokila unit, providing stakeholders with an immersive insight into Encore-Alcom's innovative offerings.
