EPACK Prefab Technologies has announced its Q3/FY26 financial results, highlighting steady progress across its two core business verticals—PreFab and EPS Packaging.
Founded in 1999, the company offers end-to-end solutions in pre-engineered steel buildings and prefabricated structures, serving both domestic and international markets. EPACK also manufactures EPS blocks used across sectors such as construction and packaging. To cater to rising demand in western India, the company has acquired around 39 acres of land in Gujarat and plans to develop an additional 50,000 tonnes of pre-engineered building (PEB) capacity by FY2027.
In parallel, EPACK’s ongoing expansion initiatives—including the brownfield project at Mambattu in Andhra Pradesh and the Ghiloth expansion in Rajasthan—are progressing as planned. These projects are expected to enhance the company’s overall capacity to 220,000 MTPA of PEB and 2.11 million square metres of sandwich panels by FY2027.
