Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a licence agreement for Lemon Tree Hotel, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad.

The property will be operated by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Located in Hyderabad—a major centre for technology, pharmaceuticals, and infrastructure—the hotel will offer 63 well-appointed rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, spa, fitness centre, and swimming pool.

The hotel is strategically situated approximately 22 km from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and 16 km from Shamshabad Railway Station, providing convenient access for both domestic and interstate travellers. The addition aligns with the company’s expansion strategy in key urban markets, catering to rising demand from both business and leisure segments in Hyderabad’s growing commercial landscape.
