Friendswood Developers Plans Residential Complex [Joynest Mansa] in Punjab

Friendswood Developers Private Limited is coming up with a new Residential Complex Project at Mansa Khurd, Mansa, Punjab. The project is expected to have a total built-up area of 10.2 acres and will consist of 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The total cost of the project was 25.13 crores.

Mansa is a developing city in Punjab, and there is a growing demand for residential spaces in the area. The project is located in a prime location, close to schools, hospitals, and other amenities. The project is expected to cater to the needs of middle-income and upper-middle-income group homebuyers.

Residential complexes provide a sense of community and belonging, as residents have the opportunity to interact with their neighbors in shared spaces and at community events. As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 60% mark. The work on the project will be finished by July of 2026.
