NBCC (India) has invited competitive bids to appoint a developer for the commercial redevelopment of the Government Garage on MG Road in Goa.
The project, estimated at approximately ₹226.27 crore, involves developing modern commercial space comprising hotel, retail and office facilities, along with allied civil works and subsequent operation and maintenance. The redevelopment is aimed at unlocking the potential of underutilised government land assets.
Interested developers can submit their bids by 03 October 2026.
