The Directorate of Agriculture, Goa, has invited bids for the redevelopment of Sanjivani Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana, one of the state’s key sugar mills.
The project includes the establishment of an ethanol distillery and/or extra neutral alcohol (ENA) bottling facility under a public-private partnership (PPP) model. The initiative aims to boost sugar production capacity, enhance the mill’s economic viability, and support Goa’s renewable energy and biofuel targets. Interested parties are invited to submit proposals for the redevelopment and operation of the facility.
The last date for bid submission is 28 November 2025.
