Godrej Agrovet Milks Full Control: Acquires Creamline in Rs 930 Cr Deal

Godrej Agrovet has approved the acquisition of the remaining 48.06% stake in Creamline Dairy Products (CDPL), making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.

The Rs 930 crore transaction is set to conclude by 30 September. Founded in 1986, CDPL specializes in milk procurement, processing, and dairy products under the ‘Godrej Jersey’ brand, with a turnover exceeding Rs 1,540 crore in FY24.

This acquisition reinforces Godrej Agrovet’s foothold in the dairy sector, enhancing its position in the value-added dairy products market.
