Man Infraconstruction (MICL) has partnered with Godrej Properties to co-brand and develop a ultra-luxury, sea-facing residential project spanning ~2.5 acres at Marine Lines, South Mumbai. MICL has transferred its development rights to Godrej under a revenue-sharing model. Backed by exceptional connectivity (Coastal Road, Metro, Atal Setu), the project boasts an estimated revenue potential of over Rs 6,000 crore.
