Good Host Spaces Wins ₹171.96 Crore IIT Madras Hostel Project

Good Host Spaces has been identified as the lowest (L1) bidder by the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M) for the development of student accommodation facilities under the public-private partnership (PPP) model.

The project involves the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of two major hostel blocks—Vaigai Hostel and Sarayu Hostel—within the IIT Madras campus. The bid value is ₹171.96 crore, marking a significant step toward integrating private sector expertise in campus infrastructure development.

Once awarded, the project is expected to enhance student amenities and support IIT Madras’s ongoing expansion plans. Known for its expertise in large-scale student housing across India, Good Host Spaces would further strengthen its educational infrastructure portfolio through this engagement.
