GoodWorks CoWork Lands in Hyderabad: Fueling GCC Growth

GoodWorks CoWork, one of India’s leading managed office and coworking space providers, has officially entered the Hyderabad market through a strategic partnership with South India-based real estate firm Ektha Group. This expansion marks a major step in tapping into Hyderabad’s rapidly growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem.

As part of this move, GoodWorks will launch two large-format centres—located in Hitech City and the Financial District—covering over 1.5 lakh sq. ft. of premium, fully managed office space. These centres will cater to a wide range of clients, from startups and scaling enterprises to multinational GCCs seeking flexible workspace solutions.

This entry into Hyderabad also marks the launch of SansoviGCC, GoodWorks’ flagship platform aimed at helping global companies set up and scale operations in India. The initiative will offer end-to-end support, including infrastructure provisioning, regulatory compliance, talent acquisition, and operational management.

Under the partnership, Ektha Group will play a key role in space acquisition, development, and end-to-end lifecycle management of the upcoming facilities.
