Gosikhurd Growth: New ₹261 Cr Tender for Adyal Scheme

The Water Resources Department (WRD), Maharashtra, has invited bids for the construction of the Adyal Lift Irrigation Scheme under the Gosikhurd Project in Taluka Bramhapuri, Chandrapur district.

The project, estimated at ₹261.29 crore, is aimed at strengthening irrigation infrastructure by lifting water to ensure dependable irrigation for agricultural lands in the region. It is expected to significantly improve water distribution, support sustainable farming practices, and enhance agricultural productivity.

The Adyal Lift Irrigation Scheme forms part of the larger Gosikhurd irrigation initiative, which is focused on addressing water scarcity and promoting long-term agricultural development across the state.

The bid submission deadline is 06 January 2026.
