UltraTech Cement has commissioned additional cement capacity totaling 1.8 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) across its manufacturing units.
The expansion includes a 0.6 MTPA grinding unit at Dhule in Maharashtra and a 1.2 MTPA integrated unit at Nathdwara in Rajasthan.
With these additions, UltraTech’s total domestic grey cement manufacturing capacity has increased to 188.66 MTPA. Including its overseas capacity of 5.4 MTPA, the company’s global cement production capacity now stands at 194.06 MTPA.
This capacity expansion further reinforces UltraTech Cement’s leadership position in the global cement industry, enabling it to meet rising demand while improving operational efficiency.
