Realty developer BPTP has successfully acquired a sizable land parcel spanning 2,28,000 sq. ft. in Gurugram, Haryana, at a cost of Rs 87.27 crore. The acquisition was facilitated through Countrywide Promoters, a subsidiary of the BPTP Group.
Strategically located in Chauma village within Gurugram’s Sector-113, in close proximity to the impending operational Dwarka Expressway, the plot holds significant potential. The 26.7 km Dwarka Expressway, connecting Dwarka in New Delhi to the Kherki Dhaula toll plaza on NH-48 in Gurugram, has catalyzed the development of this micro market in the National Capital Region (NCR). Numerous projects have been completed in the area, contributing to its emergence as a vibrant real estate hub.
BPTP, with substantial land holdings in Gurugram and Faridabad totaling around 600 acres, continues to actively acquire land for both residential and commercial development. Stamp duty of Rs 6.1 crore has been duly paid for the recent transaction.
In line with its commitment to innovative projects, BPTP has recently unveiled the BPTP District, a plotted development venture. This project offers residential plots ranging from 100-180 sq. yards, strategically positioned in the prime real estate corridors of Sectors 81, 84, 85, and 86 in Faridabad.
With a rich portfolio comprising more than 30 completed residential projects and various commercial ventures in Gurugram and Faridabad, BPTP remains a prominent player in the real estate sector.
The surge in residential sales in emerging cities has motivated developers like BPTP to secure land parcels, ensuring a robust supply pipeline for future development initiatives. This trend underscores the industry's optimism and strategic foresight in meeting the evolving demands of the real estate market.
