The Gwalior Municipal Corporation (GMC) has issued a tender seeking a concessionaire to develop a municipal solid waste (MSW) processing facility at Kedarpur, Madhya Pradesh. The project includes the installation of a waste-to-biogas plant and a material recovery facility (MRF).
To be executed under a public-private partnership (PPP) model, the project will follow a Design, Build, Finance, Operate (on royalty), and Transfer (DBFOT) structure, with an estimated investment of ₹75.27 crore.
The deadline for bid submission is 28 July 2025.
