Hanto Workspaces is making waves with its expansion into Pune and Hyderabad, adding 200,000 square feet of premium workspace. This strategic move is driven by the growing demand from its established Bangalore clientele and marks a significant milestone for the company.
In parallel, Hanto is also expanding within Bangalore, with plans to add another 100,000 square feet. This brings their total footprint in the city to 200,000 square feet, underscoring the high demand for their bespoke workspaces.
The company's rapid growth follows a successful ₹15 crore seed funding round in November 2023, led by Anurag Jain of KredX and other angel investors. The funds are being used to drive Hanto's expansion into major Indian cities, with a revenue target of ₹700 crore by 2028.
Despite its rapid expansion, Hanto Workspaces maintains a stellar 90 percent occupancy rate across its new properties. This high demand reflects the strong market trust and the company's commitment to providing tailored workspace solutions.
Aashit Verma, Founder of Hanto Workspaces, attributes the company's success to its ability to offer customization and flexibility, which helps clients transition smoothly from traditional workspaces to Hanto’s managed solutions.
