HEC Infra Projects, a prominent engineering and construction firm, has secured two new contracts worth a total of ₹12 crore, reinforcing its presence in Gujarat’s infrastructure and clean energy sectors.
The first and larger contract, valued at ₹7 crore, has been awarded by Advait Energy Transitions. Under this project, HEC Infra will handle the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 185 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), along with a new 220 KV substation. The facility will be located near the 400 KV GETCO substation at Sanand GIDC and is slated for completion within one year.
In parallel, HEC Infra has also received repeat orders worth ₹5 crore from the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. These projects involve the expansion and upgradation of water distribution stations at Narolgam, Sola, and Ambli. Completion is expected within eight months.
These contracts highlight HEC Infra’s growing role in delivering critical infrastructure solutions, particularly in support of India's renewable energy and urban development goals.
