The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has recently inked an agreement for its third venture in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. This brownfield project is set to be recognized as an IHCL SeleQtions hotel. Collaborating with KM Vyapar, a prominent hospitality entity, IHCL is expanding its footprint in the city, offering a total of approximately 400 rooms across three distinctive brands.
Situated on 1.3 acres, the 150-key hotel is conveniently located near the upcoming Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram International Airport and various popular tourist attractions. The hotel will boast diverse dining options, including an all-day diner, and will feature recreational facilities such as a spa, swimming pool, and fitness center.
In addition to these amenities, the hotel will provide over 10,000 sq. ft of banqueting space, catering to social gatherings and corporate events. This strategic signing aligns with IHCL's vision to establish a substantial presence in Ayodhya, contributing to the city's evolving hospitality landscape.
This venture not only strengthens IHCL's position but also enhances Ayodhya's overall hospitality offerings. With this addition, IHCL will proudly manage three hotels in the city, each representing the SeleQtions, Vivanta, and Ginger brands. KM Vyapar and its affiliated companies, known for their four-decade-long operation of sugar mills in the state, presently manage two hotels in Ayodhya, further solidifying their commitment to the region's growth and development.
