PWD Seeks Bids for Affordable Homes across Maharashtra

The Public Works Department (PWD) of Maharashtra has released a tender for the construction of economical housing projects within the state.

This initiative involves the creation of affordable housing units as part of the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (Urban) in the Betawade area of Thane.

The project will be implemented through a public-private partnership (PPP) model, with an estimated contract value of Rs 717.73 crore and an anticipated completion timeframe of 240 months.

Interested parties are invited to submit their bids by the deadline of 20th February 2024.
