Investing in Excellence: ASK CLAF I's ₹500 Cr Luxury Vision

ASK Curated Luxury Assets Fund-I (ASK CLAF I) is a Category II Alternative Investment Fund that has successfully raised ₹500 crore to invest in premium real estate projects across India. The fund is a strategic collaboration between ASK Property Fund and India Sotheby’s International Realty (SIR), aiming to raise a total of ₹1,500 crore, including a ₹500 crore green shoe option.

ASK CLAF I focuses on early-stage investments in high-end residential and horizontal developments, targeting a minimum 2x return on invested capital. The fund is registered under SEBI’s AIF regulations and is positioned to capitalize on India's growing demand for luxury real estate, especially in major urban markets.

The investor base includes industrialists, professionals, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and family offices. As India’s luxury residential market matures, the fund seeks to tap into smarter, value-driven investment opportunities. Amit Bhagat, Co-Founder and CEO of ASK Property Fund, emphasized the fund’s ability to unlock value through structured deals and SIR’s extensive market reach.

ASK CLAF I plans to fund three to four projects annually, each unit priced at ₹8 crore and above. The initiative leverages ASK’s proven ₹8,000 crore fundraising track record and SIR’s global presence in 83 countries to drive superior investment outcomes.
