IOCL Seeks Bids for ₹101 Crore Township Expansion in Odisha

Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) is moving forward with its ambitious expansion plan for the Paradip Refinery in Odisha, inviting bids for the construction of new residential quarters. This project aims to enhance the existing township infrastructure, reflecting IOCL's commitment to improving living conditions for its workforce.

The expansion will feature G+8 storied residential buildings, designed to accommodate the growing needs of IOCL employees. The development will also include essential infrastructure facilities to support the new quarters. The project is set to be completed within 24 months from the site handover date, ensuring a swift and efficient construction process.

The total contract value for this ambitious expansion is ₹101.16 crore, highlighting the scale and significance of the project. This investment underscores IOCL's focus on enhancing its operational facilities and providing better amenities for its employees.

Bidders interested in this project have until August 29, 2024, to submit their proposals. The competitive bidding process will ensure that the best solutions are selected for this critical development.
