Ishita Drugs & Industries Plans Active Pharmaceuticals Intermediates in Gujarat

Ishita Drugs & Industries Limited is coming up with a new Active Pharmaceuticals Intermediates Manufacturing Unit Project at Vasna-Iyava, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The project is expected to have a production capacity of 23.9 MT/Month of Active Pharmaceuticals Intermediates (APIs). The Project will Cost 5.8 Crores.

Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) are the essential components of pharmaceutical drugs that produce the desired therapeutic effect. They are the building blocks of medicines and play a crucial role in treating and preventing a wide range of diseases. APIs are often produced in large quantities and undergo rigorous quality control measures to ensure their purity and consistency.

As on November 2023, The project is currently in the stage of being approved currently awaiting approval from the government.
