ITCONS Wins Two Major Government Contracts

ITCONS E-Solutions Limited has secured two significant government contracts, highlighting its expanding presence in the public sector. The first contract, worth ₹13.13 crore, was awarded by the National Institute of Communication Finance under the Ministry of Communications. This three-year contract will see ITCONS providing IT engineer-technical services, underscoring its expertise in technical solutions.

The second contract, valued at ₹87.88 crore, comes from the South Eastern Railway under the Ministry of Railways. ITCONS will supply 21 computer operators for a 12-month period, further cementing its role in supporting critical government operations.

These contracts are expected to provide a stable revenue stream for ITCONS and demonstrate its growing influence in the government sector. The company also confirmed compliance with SEBI regulations, noting that these contracts do not involve any related party transactions or promoter group interests.
