L1 Victory for Fourth Dimension at GTDC Farmagudi

Fourth Dimension Architects has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) for providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services to the Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) at Farmagudi Residency, located in Farmagudi, Ponda, Goa.

The scope of work involves overseeing and managing the construction and renovation activities at the site, which include the development of a swimming pool, entrance arch, parking area, and the refurbishment of the reception block, changing rooms, and toilet facilities.

The financial bids for the project were opened on 12 May 2025.
