Legacy in Stone: Explore the New Praveg Adalaj Theme Park

Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel has inaugurated the Praveg Adalaj Theme-Based Destination Park and Heritage Stepwell Museum, a distinctive cultural attraction inspired by the state’s iconic stepwell architecture. The inauguration marks an important addition to Gujarat’s tourism and cultural infrastructure.

The ceremony was attended by Union Minister of Tourism Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi, underscoring the project’s significance at both the national and state levels. The destination has been developed by Praveg Adalaj Tourism Infrastructure, a subsidiary of Praveg, under a public–private partnership (PPP) model with TCGL, and will operate on a 30-year lease.

Located along the Ahmedabad–Gandhinagar Highway, the park and museum are designed to promote heritage tourism while serving as a venue for cultural performances and social events. The project aims to showcase Gujarat’s rich architectural legacy and artistic traditions, enhancing the state’s appeal as a cultural tourism destination.
