Lemon Tree Hotels is set to enhance its footprint in Maharashtra with the launch of a new property, Key Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, in Nashik. Scheduled to open in FY 2027, this addition will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Nashik, known for its spiritual heritage and as a significant wine-producing region, offers a unique backdrop for this new hotel. Situated on the banks of the River Godavri, Nashik is renowned for sacred sites like Panchavati and Ram Kund, as well as the Kumbh Mela, held every 12 years. Its reputation as the 'Wine Capital of India' is bolstered by its flourishing vineyards and wineries, making it a pivotal location for both tourism and economic growth.
The Key Select by Lemon Tree Hotels will feature 45 tastefully designed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, and other public spaces. Conveniently positioned 23 kilometers from Nashik International Airport and 10 kilometers from Nashik Road Railway Station, the hotel will benefit from excellent connectivity by road.
Mr. Vilas Pawar, CEO of Managed & Franchise Business at Lemon Tree Hotels, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, noting, "We are excited to extend our presence in Maharashtra, a vital economic region. This new property will enhance our diverse portfolio across tier II, III, and IV cities, further solidifying our position as a leading hospitality chain in India."
This new addition aligns with Lemon Tree Hotels’ strategy to broaden its reach and cater to a growing market, complementing its existing twelve hotels in the state.
