L&T Wins 1,600 MW Lara Stage-III EPC Contract from NTPC

L&T Energy CarbonLite Solutions has received a Limited Notice to Proceed (LNTP) from NTPC Ltd for the 1,600 MW (2×800 MW) Lara Stage-III thermal power project in Chhattisgarh.

As our third ultra-supercritical project awarded by NTPC in just two years, this EPC contract encompasses the complete engineering, manufacturing, and commissioning of high-efficiency units. By leveraging advanced ultra-supercritical technology, the project will bolster India's baseload power grid while minimizing emissions to meet growing energy demands sustainably.
