L&T's Mega-Deal: Building Hyderabad & Chennai's Skylines

Larsen & Toubro's (L&T) Buildings & Factories division has secured significant orders, valued between Rs 2,500 crore and Rs 5,000 crore, from Brigade Group for the construction of residential and commercial towers in Hyderabad and Chennai. This represents L&T's largest residential project for a private client.

In Hyderabad, L&T will develop Brigade Gateway Residences at Neopolis, Kokapet, featuring two luxury towers, including one of the city's tallest buildings. Additionally, it will construct Brigade World Trade Centre, a commercial tower exceeding 200 meters with over 50 floors, integrating retail space and a five-star hotel, Brigade Neopolis.

In Chennai, the company will undertake the construction of Brigade Altius, comprising three signature towers, along with Brigade Morgan Heights. All projects will be executed on a design-and-build basis.
