Macrotech Unveils 11 New Projects, Eyes Rs 6,260 Crore Revenue

Real estate firm Macrotech Developers is set to unveil 11 new projects across Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru in the upcoming quarter, projecting an anticipated revenue of Rs 6,260 crore. Renowned for its Lodha brand, the company has outlined a robust launch schedule in the fourth quarter of the 2023-24 fiscal year, as detailed in an investor presentation.

During the April-December period of 2023-24, Macrotech Developers experienced a significant 14 percent surge in bookings, totaling Rs 10,300 crore. The company aims for a sales bookings target of Rs 14,500 crore for the current financial year, surpassing the Rs 12,060 crore achieved in 2022-23. In line with its growth strategy, the Board has granted approval for a capital infusion of up to Rs 5,000 crore through the issuance of securities via public offerings, private placement, or other modes, to be executed in one or two tranches.

With a track record of delivering 95 million sq. ft. of real estate, Macrotech Developers is presently engaged in the development of over 110 million sq. ft. across its ongoing and planned portfolio.
