Manglam Group’s ₹300 Cr Bet on Super-Luxury Hospitality

Manglam Group, a leading real estate developer in Rajasthan, has entered the hospitality sector with the launch of its first luxury project, The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa.

Developed with an investment of ₹300 crore, the super-luxury resort represents a key milestone in the Group’s ₹1,000 crore hospitality expansion strategy. Nestled at the foothills of the Aravalli range in Kant Kalwar, Jaipur, the nine-acre property features 135 elegantly designed rooms and seven dedicated event venues. The resort combines Balinese-inspired architecture with sustainable design principles, incorporating eco-friendly materials and thoughtfully planned landscaping.

With a strong focus on wellness, the resort offers signature amenities such as the WestinWORKOUT® Studio, outdoor movement spaces, and the Heavenly Spa by Westin. This development marks the first phase of Manglam Group’s long-term hospitality roadmap, which includes the addition of more premium hotels and resorts in Jaipur.
