Manufacturing Giant: Tembo Global’s New 2.5 Lakh Sq. Ft. Hub

Tembo Global Industries has commissioned a new manufacturing facility in Vasai, Maharashtra, significantly enhancing its production capabilities.

The 3.32-acre greenfield facility, acquired in 2021, spans 2,50,000 sq. ft. and increases the company’s annual manufacturing capacity from 15,000 tonnes to nearly 90,000 tonnes—a six-fold expansion. The new plant consolidates operations from three previously leased manufacturing units into a single, integrated production hub and has been designed to accommodate future capacity expansions.

The Vasai facility will manufacture a wide range of industrial metal products, including pipe support systems, fasteners, and HVAC systems, catering to rising demand in both domestic and international markets.

Commenting on the development, Sanjay J. Patel, Managing Director of Tembo Global Industries, said, “The Vasai facility will play a key role in our growth strategy by enabling higher capacity, a broader product portfolio, and improved delivery timelines for customers in India and abroad.”
