Niraj Cement Wins ₹130 Cr Assam Road Mandate

Niraj Cement Structurals (JV) has secured a work order from the Public Works Department (PWD), Assam, for the improvement and upgradation of Road A21_3.

The project covers a 26.803 km stretch connecting Hamren, Tumpreng, Hojai, Nilbagan, Howraghat, and Karkok, extending from the Jamuna River district boundary to Karkok. Valued at ₹130.83 crore (including GST), the contract is scheduled for completion over 36 months and includes performance-based maintenance for an additional five years.

The project is expected to significantly enhance road infrastructure, ensuring long-term durability and improved connectivity, thereby benefiting the region for years to come.
