Man Infraconstruction (MICL) has unveiled Avaan Tower 2, a 306-meter residential skyscraper in Tardeo, South Mumbai, set to become India’s tallest ultra-luxury residential building. The project features expansive three, four, and five-BHK residences, with carpet areas ranging from 1,300 to 3,282 sq. ft., spanning a total of 6,50,000 sq. ft.
Designed by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, the tower offers panoramic views of the Arabian Sea, Queen’s Necklace, Mahalaxmi Racecourse, and the Mumbai skyline.
Avaan Tower 2 boasts over 55 world-class amenities, including an ocean-view infinity pool, a UFC gym, a private theater, and a bowling alley. “Aaradhya Avaan is more than just a residence—it is a statement of neo-luxury living,” said Manan Shah, Managing Director of MICL.
This launch reflects Mumbai’s booming luxury real estate market, attracting high-net-worth individuals from India and abroad. MICL anticipates generating over ₹3,000 crore in revenue from the project.
