Saatvik Green Energy has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. (MSEDCL) for the supply and installation of 1,500 solar-powered water pumps under the Magel Tyala Saur Krishi Pump Yojana (MTSKPY) / PM-Kusum – B Scheme for the 2025–2026 implementation year.
The initiative aims to empower farmers with sustainable, off-grid irrigation systems, while supporting India’s broader renewable energy goals. The project includes solar submersible pumps in 3HP, 5HP, and 7.5HP capacities, designed for direct deployment in agricultural fields to ensure reliable water access.
Under the contract, Saatvik Green Energy will oversee the complete execution lifecycle, including:
Design and manufacturing, Supply and transportation, On-site installation, testing, and commissioning
Each system will include a five-year comprehensive warranty covering repair and maintenance, and feature a remote monitoring system (RMS) to track performance and ensure operational efficiency.
Saatvik Green Energy described the award as a “significant boost” to its clean energy portfolio and reaffirmed its commitment to driving sustainable agricultural solutions across India.
