UrbanVault's New Hub: 80,000 Sq. Ft. of Co-working Power

UrbanVault, a leading co-working space provider, has launched a new premium centre spanning 80,000 sq. ft. at Manyata Tech Park, one of India’s largest technology hubs in Bengaluru. The facility offers 2,000 desks, with pricing starting at Rs 10,000 per seat, targeting fast-growing technology and enterprise clients.

The centre has already onboarded marquee clients such as Cloud Odyssey, Pioneer, and SRM Tech, reflecting strong demand from the tech ecosystem. The expansion underscores UrbanVault’s strategic focus on catering to technology-driven enterprises seeking flexible and high-quality workspace solutions.

Amal Mishra, CEO of UrbanVault, stated that the company will continue to expand into high-growth micro-markets across India, aligning with the evolving demands of hybrid and scalable office formats.

With this launch, UrbanVault’s national portfolio now exceeds 2.58 million sq. ft., comprising over 42,000 managed seats across major Indian cities. The company reported a turnover of Rs 120 crore in FY 2024–25, underlining its strong performance in a competitive co-working landscape.
