MTAR Technologies has secured an additional order valued at ₹310 crore from Megha Engineering & Infrastructures for the supply of critical equipment for the Kaiga 5 and Kaiga 6 civil nuclear reactor projects in India.
This contract represents an important milestone for MTAR, marking its first engagement with this customer in the civil nuclear power segment. The scope of work involves the manufacture and supply of various specialised equipment, with deliveries planned on a staggered basis and final completion targeted by February 2030.
Commenting on the development, a company spokesperson said the order underscores MTAR’s expanding capabilities in the nuclear power sector and its commitment to delivering high-quality solutions within agreed timelines. The contract further strengthens MTAR’s position in the domestic market as it continues to contribute to India’s growing nuclear power infrastructure.
