Naya Pharma Private Limited planning to set up Bulk Drugs Project in Karnataka

Naya Pharma intends to build a Bulk Drugs & Intermediates factory with a capacity of 163 tpm in the Karnataka district of Kalaburagi. The project will take up 6 acres (24,286 square meters) of land. It proposed the construction of an Effluent Treatment Plant with a capacity of 94.19 klpd. The project's proposed water requirement is 249.84 klpd, which will be met by KIADB water supply. The project's entire power requirement will be 1,200 kVA, which will be provided by Karnataka Power Corpn. Ltd. 

Here are some more details about the project: The project will be set up on a 100-acre plot of land in Kadechur. The project will produce a range of bulk drugs and intermediates, including APIs, intermediates, and formulations. The project is expected to be completed by 2025. 

The project is expected to create around 1000 jobs. The project is a significant investment in the pharmaceutical industry in Karnataka. It is expected to boost the state's economy and create jobs. The project is also expected to help meet the growing demand for bulk drugs and intermediates in India

As of September 2023, The project is currently in the stage of being approved currently awaiting approval from the government.
