NBCC (India) Ltd has successfully completed the construction of the CBI Housing Complex at Maidangarhi in New Delhi.
The complex comprises 586 residential quarters designed with a strong focus on sustainability and modern living standards. Key features include rainwater harvesting systems and solar power facilities, and the project has been designed to achieve a GRIHA 3-Star rating, reflecting NBCC’s commitment to environmentally responsible construction.
In a related development, the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the takeover of 534 residential quarters, along with associated facilities such as an NGO’s mess and club house, and a community hall.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by NBCC Chairman and Managing Director K P Mahadevaswamy, along with senior officials from the CBI and CISF, highlighting the collaborative effort behind the project. Commenting on the milestone, Mahadevaswamy said NBCC continues to strengthen its role in delivering sustainable, large-scale government infrastructure projects across the country.
