NBCC: New Year, New Orders Worth ₹345 Crore

NBCC (India) has secured new orders aggregating ₹345 crore, including a major project management consultancy (PMC) contract valued at ₹332.99 crore from IIT Mandi.

The IIT Mandi assignment involves comprehensive planning, design, and construction management services for the development of academic blocks, residential housing, a student activity centre, and a sports complex at the institute’s campus in Himachal Pradesh.

In addition, NBCC has been awarded a ₹12.05 crore annual maintenance contract from Kandla Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The scope of this contract includes housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other allied services, to be carried out during the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
