NBCC (India) has secured two significant infrastructure contracts totaling ₹658.42 crore.
The first project, worth ₹438.98 crore, has been awarded by the Uttarakhand Investment and Infrastructure Development Board for multiple revitalization initiatives in Haridwar. It includes the rejuvenation of Rodia Belwala, redevelopment of Sati Kund and its surroundings, and the enhancement of Har Ki Pauri and Subhash Ghat. Additionally, the project covers the resurfacing of parking and commercial areas near Haridwar railway station to boost regional infrastructure.
The second contract, valued at ₹219.45 crore, has been granted by the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) for infrastructure development at its Mehrauli campus in New Delhi. Under NBCC’s Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services, the project will include the construction of data centers, residential buildings, hostels, housing units, and a technical block, strengthening India’s telecommunication infrastructure.
