NBCC's ₹193 Cr EPC Tender for Central University of Punjab

NBCC (India) has floated a tender for the development of infrastructure at the Central University of Punjab, located in Ghudda village, Bathinda district. The project includes the construction of academic buildings, residential facilities comprising a 400-seater girls' hostel, a 600-seater boys' hostel, and a 100-seater hostel for international students. Additionally, it covers the Vice Chancellor’s residence and associated external development works.

The project will be executed on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis, with an estimated cost of ₹193.13 crore and a completion timeline of 21 months.

Bid submission deadline: 26 June 2025.
