NCR Welcomes The Prestige City with ₹3,000 Crore Launch

Prestige Estates Projects, a Bengaluru-based real estate firm, has made its debut in the National Capital Region (NCR) with the launch of its first residential project, The Prestige City, in Indirapuram Extension along NH-24. The project recorded over ₹3,000 crore in sales within a week, selling 1,200 units during its initial phase—highlighting strong market demand.

Spanning 62.5 acres, The Prestige City includes two residential clusters—Oakwood and Mulberry—comprising 3,421 homes across 19 towers. A future phase, Mayflower, is also planned, bringing additional bespoke residences to the township.

A standout feature of the development is the upcoming Forum Mall, covering 1.18 million sq. ft., which will establish a key retail and entertainment hub within the community.

The company attributes the project’s rapid success to its trusted brand, prime location, and growing demand for premium homes in well-connected urban areas.

Chairman and Managing Director Irfan Razack commented, “We are delighted with the overwhelming response to our first residential project in NCR.
