New Heights in Precision: Kranti and Kores Launch KRAKO

Kranti Industries has entered into a strategic joint venture with the Kores Group to set up a greenfield precision machining facility in Halol, Gujarat.

The new entity, named KRAKO Precision, marks a significant step in expanding Kranti’s manufacturing capabilities and strengthening its presence in precision engineering. Strategically located near major OEM clusters, the facility will primarily cater to Kores Group’s casting requirements while also targeting a broader range of automotive and industrial engineering applications.

With an equity structure of 35% for Kranti and 65% for Kores, KRAKO Precision will feature advanced CNC and automation-enabled systems to deliver high-precision, efficient machining solutions.

This collaboration aims to foster innovation, scalability, and long-term value creation. By leveraging Kranti’s engineering expertise and Kores’ robust manufacturing capabilities, the joint venture is well-positioned to meet the growing global and domestic demand for high-quality machined components—further supporting India’s evolving role in the automotive and industrial supply chains.
