NHAI Bids: Pandoh-Manali Slope Protection EPC Contract.

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for the construction of slope protection measures along the Pandoh to Manali stretch in Himachal Pradesh. The project aims to prevent landslides, rockfalls, river cuts, and bank erosion.

The engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract includes slope stabilization at the Jhalogi landslide (km 228+040 to km 228+150) and river-cut affected sections in the Pandoh-Takoli and Takoli-Kullu stretches:

  • Pandoh-Takoli: RC-4 (Ch 226+600 to Ch 227+400), RC-5 (Ch 228+800 to Ch 229+240), RC-6 (Ch 230+000 to Ch 230+220)
  • Takoli-Kullu: RC-9, RC-10, RC-12, RC-15

The project has an estimated cost of ₹316.23 crore, with a one-year completion timeline and a 10-year maintenance period.

The deadline for bid submission is April 17, 2025.
