Nilkanth Developers plans to set up Residential Bungalows Project in Gujarat

Nilkanth Developers, Gujarat's premier real estate developer, is planning a new residential bungalows project in Vapi, Valsad. The Nilkanth Atulyam project is set to begin in early 2023 and is expected to be finished by the end of 2025. The project would be spread out over 6.97 acres and will include 100 homes.

 The bungalows will come in a variety of sizes, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. The total cost of the project is 34 crores. A swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, and landscaped gardens will also be included in the project. With this project, Nilkanth Developers is aiming for upper middle-class and high-income homes. 

The business believes that high-quality residential bungalows are in high demand in Vapi, a rapidly rising industrial and commercial centre. As of September 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started the work on the project will be finished in 2024, 2025 or 2026 It has been decided to hire a local contractor.
