Oberoi Realty to Redevelop Prime Land in Mumbai's Bandra West

Oberoi Realty has entered into a significant development agreement for the redevelopment of land on Carter Road in the upscale Bandra West locality of Mumbai. The land spans approximately 2,576 square meters, marking another major venture for the real estate giant.

This development follows their recent announcement in May regarding the redevelopment of seven old buildings in Worli's Adarsh Nagar area, comprising 504 flats. Through this agreement, Oberoi Realty secured 6.24 lakh square feet of RERA carpet area to be sold on the open market, highlighting their strategic growth plans.

The Carter Road project is set to generate a free-sale component of around 40,000 square feet of RERA carpet area. This development aligns with the provisions of the Development Control & Promotion Regulations for Greater Mumbai, 2034, ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards.
