ORA Group Launches BluBay: Karjat’s Newest Luxury Township

ORA Group has entered the integrated township and plotted development segment through its newly launched vertical, ORA Land. The company’s first project, BluBay, will be developed in Karjat, a rapidly growing residential destination in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

Envisioned as a modern integrated township, BluBay will offer residential plots along with lifestyle amenities, landscaped spaces, wellness facilities, and community infrastructure. The project is being designed in partnership with Morphogenesis, while Fluidra will contribute expertise for lagoon-based recreational features.

With Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav as its brand ambassador, the project targets homebuyers, second-home seekers, and investors. The launch represents ORA Group’s expansion into large-scale residential developments, with plans to pursue similar projects across key growth markets in Maharashtra and beyond.
