Oscar Lifesciences plans to set up Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Unit Project in Gujarat

Oscar Lifesciences Private Limited is developing a new Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) project in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on Ashram Road. The Gujarat Pollution Control Board and the Ministry of Environment, Forests, and Climate Change have both approved the project. 

The project is expected to be finished in 2024, with a monthly production capacity of 165 Tns. Cetirizine Hydrochloride, Loratadine, and Montelukast Sodium will be among the APIs manufactured by the company. Over 200 individuals are expected to be employed as a result of the initiative. It is also projected to stimulate the region's economy and contribute to its overall growth.
